Room Rental Rules musicrooms.ch

The music rooms rented through musicrooms.ch are located on the premises of Classic Vocal Studio KlG, Bellerivestrasse 17, 8008 Zurich, Switzerland.

1. General Rules

1.1 The Classic Vocal Studio is a place for artistic activities and should be used respectfully and appropriately. Please be considerate of other renters and avoid noise in the studio’s corridor.
1.2 Bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages as well as smoking is not permitted in the studio. Eating in the rooms is also prohibited. Food may only be consumed outside the rooms. Please do not place any drinks or food on the instruments!
1.3 Animals are not allowed in the studio.
1.4 Windows must remain closed during rehearsals and practice sessions.

2. Booking and Use of Rooms

2.1 Rooms can be booked in advance. Bookings are binding. Please adhere to your booked times.
2.2 Rooms can only be used during the booked time. Extensions are possible based on availability but must be requested and booked in advance.
2.3 Please keep the rooms and toilets clean and tidy. The rooms must be left in the same condition upon departure. The toilets are located at the end of the corridor near the elevator. You can access the toilets using a badge (located next to the coffee machine). Please put the badge back after each use!
2.4 All personal items must be removed after use. Please dispose of your own trash. Use of the electric piano, piano, and grand piano, as well as the coffee machine, is included in the room rental.
2.5 Room renters are responsible for the behavior of their guests and must ensure they adhere to the room rental rules.

3. Furniture and Other Items

3.1 Please handle the existing furniture and other items in the rooms with care to avoid damage. Users are responsible for any damage or loss of furniture or other items and must cover repair or replacement costs. The rooms will be inspected after each rental.
3.2 You may bring your own instruments and other items as long as they are safe and suitable for use in the rooms (please indicate this in your registration).

4. Safety

4.1 Users should be aware of emergency exits and fire alarms and leave the building calmly and orderly in case of an alarm.
4.2 Blocking emergency exits or fire-fighting equipment is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 To the extent permitted by law, Classic Vocal Studio accepts no liability for personal injuries, losses or damage to property during the use of the rooms.
5.2 Users are liable for damages caused during their use.
5.3 Classic Vocal Studio reserves the right to expel users or deny access to the premises for violations of these room rental rules.

6. Changes to Room Rental Rules

6.1 Classic Vocal Studio reserves the right to change or update these room rental rules at any time.

7. These room rental rules apply to all room rentals through Classic Vocal Studio as well as musicrooms.ch.

🔴 Please make sure to do the following when leaving:

• Turn off all lights (even if they were already on when you arrived)
• Close all doors (including room and toilet doors)
• Close all windows
• Return the toilet badge to its place next to the coffee machine
• Take all personal belongings and dispose of your own garbage
