Room Rental Terms for musicrooms.ch

The music rooms rented through musicrooms.ch are located on the premises of Classic Vocal Studio KlG, Bellerivestrasse 17, 8008 Zurich, Switzerland.

1. General rules

1.1 The music rooms are spaces for artistic activities and must be used respectfully, carefully, and appropriately. Please be considerate of other renters, teachers, students, and other people in the studio.

1.2 Please avoid unnecessary noise in the corridor, entrance area, and shared areas of the studio.

1.3 Bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages, as well as smoking, is not permitted in the rooms or in the studio.

1.4 Eating is not permitted in the music rooms. Food may only be consumed outside the rooms. Please do not place drinks or food on instruments, pianos, grand pianos, electric pianos, or other furniture.

2. Booking and use of the rooms

2.1 Rooms can be booked in advance. Bookings are binding and must be observed punctually.

2.2 Use of the rooms is only permitted during the booked time. Extensions are only possible subject to availability and must be requested and booked in advance.

2.3 Please leave the rooms clean and tidy. After use, the rooms must be left in the same condition in which they were found.

2.4 The toilets are located at the end of the corridor near the lift. The badge next to the coffee machine can be used to open the toilets.

2.5 All personal belongings must be removed after use. Renters are responsible for disposing of their own waste.

2.6 Use of the electric piano, upright piano or grand piano, as well as the coffee machine, is included in the room rental, provided this is intended for the booked room.

2.7 Renters are responsible for the behaviour of their guests and must ensure that they comply with these Room Rental Terms.

3. Furniture, instruments and equipment

3.1 Please treat instruments, furniture, technical equipment and all other items in the rooms with care.

3.2 Renters are liable for any damage or loss caused by them or their guests during their use of the rooms. Repair or replacement costs may be charged.

3.3 Renters may bring their own instruments or items, provided they are safe and suitable for the intended use in the rooms.

3.4 Moving larger furniture, instruments or technical equipment is only permitted by prior arrangement.

4. Safety

4.1 Users should familiarize themselves with the emergency exits and general safety precautions.

4.2 In the event of an alarm, the building must be left calmly and in an orderly manner.

4.3 Blocking emergency exits, passageways or fire extinguishing equipment is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability

5.1 Classic Vocal Studio KlG and musicrooms.ch accept no responsibility for personal belongings, losses or damage to property during the use of the rooms.

5.2 Use of the rooms is at the renter’s own risk.

5.3 Renters are liable for any damage caused by them or their guests during use.

5.4 In the event of a breach of these Room Rental Terms, access to the rooms may be refused or use may be terminated.
